I made Gwen Upston’s “Ribbon Salad”. A classic Ribbon Salad has three Jello layers: red (raspberry or strawberry flavor), white (typically made with cream), and green (lime flavor). In this recipe, the center white pineapple layer has both melted marshmallows and mayonnaise.
